udang basah- dalam 300 gm..pakai ikan bilis pun boleh
asam keping - ikut suka
garam untuk rasa
sedikit ajinomoto kalau suka
cara memasak ,
tumbuk cili api dan cili besar ,bawang putih,bawang merah ,belacan dan kunyit hidup .
(atau kisar sahaja)
masuk kan sume bahan ke dalam periuk dan tambah kan air
.
didih kan sebentar .dan masuk kan asam keping ,serai yg telah di titik .
masuk kan batang keladi dan udang .
biarkan mendidih dan biar sayur itu masak.
rasakan laa asam garam.
