CornBeef

Saya tak pernah beli atau makan cornbeef. Saya tak tau macam mana nak masak dan tak tak tau kat sapa nak tanya. Bila baca bolg Tunku Halim malam tadi,baru lah saya tau macamana nak masak bende ni. Dan ada berbagai versi cara masakan nya. Sekarang ni kalau nak pergi supermarket untuk penuh kan stok dapur,saya pasti akan membeli setin dua cornbeef ni selain sardin. Cuba la pulak bende bende yang lain...Resepi di bawah ni saya ambil dengan izin Tunku Halim...saya serta kan gambar nya sekali. Thank Tunku!


Fry chopped up garlic (2 cloves) in a 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan for 30 seconds. Add chopped onions (1 onion) for 2 minutes. Put in contents of 1 can of corned beef and fry for 2 minutes until soft. I added chopped up tomatoes and spring onions as I had these handy. I would have added in sliced chillies but my children can’t take spicy food yet. Break two eggs (do not break up the eggs but keep them whole) into the mixture. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until eggs are cooked. Add pepper and salt. Serve with rice or toast.

DayBab pernah cuba masak cornbeef nie...
Lenyek kan sikit.. Pastu letak telur. Alhir sekali tambah lada hitam. Garam kalau tak cukup masin.
Gaul sebati... Kepal kan mcm pegedel... Pastu goreng.

Kak Ezza, saya tak berapa minat corned beef ni. Mungkin sebab bau dia dan jugak tak pandai nak masak dia. But it is good that Kak Ezza try something new.
